Merchandising Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate merchandising activities for all assigned territories.
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards and planograms.
- Coordinate the implementation of promotional displays, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the Sales and Supply Chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product visibility, pricing, cleanliness, and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare merchandising reports, market observations, and competitor analyses.
- Coordinate the production, delivery, and installation of point-of-sale materials (POSMs).
- Work closely with Key Account Specialists, Sales Representatives, and Marketing to improve in-store execution.
- Recommend merchandising improvements based on sales trends and customer behavior.
- Monitor the condition and proper use of merchandising materials and display fixtures.
- Assist in organizing merchandising events, trade promotions, and retail activations.
- Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, sales coordination, or retail operations; experience in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising, planograms, inventory monitoring, and retail execution .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with the ability to prepare reports and analyze sales or merchandising data.
- Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to conduct regular field work and travel within assigned areas.
