Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Promoter / Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively promote products while maintaining attractive merchandise displays. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring products are properly displayed and replenished.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products to walk-in customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stocks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the selling area.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and submit stock reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and management.
- Assist in store promotions, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and other required documentation.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in retail sales is required.
- Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, Merchandiser, Retail Sales Associate, or similar role is highly preferred.
- Experience in furniture, home furnishings, home décor, bedding, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Physically fit and willing to stand for extended periods.
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to be assigned to Our Home Fairview or Our Home North EDSA .
- Can start immediately.
