Merchandiser Supervisor

TCGlobal Inc. (Quincy Supermarket) is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee merchandising operations, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination within our supermarket.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily merchandising activities and personnel
- Ensure proper product display, stocking, and shelf availability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers and merchandisers regarding deliveries and promotions
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and store policies
- Prepare reports and provide updates to management
- Lead and support the merchandising team in achieving operational goals
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in merchandising, retail operations, or supermarket industry
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and product display standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
