A baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Their job involves following recipes, ensuring proper ingredient measurements, and monitoring the baking process to produce high-quality products.
Bakers often work in commercial bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores.
- Preparation of Ingredients: Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Baking: Operate ovens and other baking equipment, ensuring consistent baking results.
- Product Quality Control: Monitor the color, texture, and taste of baked goods, adjusting times and temperatures as needed.
- Decorating and Finishing: Decorate cakes, pastries, and breads with icing, glazes, or other finishing touches.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and order new ingredients as needed.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of the baking area and proper handling of equipment.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
