- A Pastry Baker is responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a commercial kitchen or bakery. Their role requires creativity, precision, and an understanding of baking techniques.
- Preparation of Pastries: Bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other dessert items according to established recipes.
- Ingredient Management: Measure and mix ingredients, ensuring accuracy and consistency in recipes. Maintain stock levels of essential baking ingredients.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of baked goods by checking for texture, appearance, and taste before serving or packaging.
- Decoration and Presentation: Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with icing, fondant, and other decorative elements to meet customer or business standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the baking area clean and organized, following health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Product Innovation: Create new recipes or improve existing ones based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
