The Senior Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the organization’s financial reporting. This position oversees general accounting and financial analysis, requiring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and effective time management. Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to deliver precise financial data to management. Principal Responsibilities: Assist the Financial Controller in managing financial functions, including report preparation and variance analysis, to evaluate the company’s financial health. Lead monthly account reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Establish standard costs, analyze variances, monitor project expenditures, and improve revenue cycle processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions to support management decision-making. Review and assess policies regularly, recommending improvements to strengthen financial procedures. Provide support for internal and external audits as well as tax filings.
