Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to manage and lead a team
- Manage IT assets — hardware, software licenses, and Google Workspace accounts
- Set basic IT policies on access control, password/security hygiene, and handling of sensitive client data
- Provide technical oversight of the firm's web applications
- Knowledgeable in coding and web development
- Prioritize and manage the development backlog, review code, and mentor developers
- Able to translate operational needs into technical/code solutions
- Knowledgeable about AI usage and innovation
- Able to spot opportunities to apply AI or automation to legal and accounting workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to turn requests from leadership and department heads into scoped, prioritized IT projects
