IT Technical Support Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company’s technology infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software
- Provide basic technical support to employees (troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues)
- Help monitor and maintain network systems and internet connectivity
- Support in setting up workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist in data entry, system documentation, and inventory of IT assets
- Perform routine system checks and updates
- Other IT-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common operating systems (Windows/Mac)
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
