- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Help customers find products, answer their questions, and provide information about features and benefits to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring cash and payment handling procedures are followed properly.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise and following store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and participate in promotional activities.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to effectively engage with shoppers.
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to promote products and close sales effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash management accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
