Role Description The Engineering Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Iloilo, responsible for overseeing construction and development projects from concept through completion. This role includes planning project scope, schedules, and budgets; coordinating engineering and construction activities; and ensuring that work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Engineering Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and suppliers, monitor site progress, and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve reporting on project status, managing risks, aligning deliverables with client expectations, and driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost control.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Engineering Management skills, including leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities.
- Proficiency in Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Project Engineering, including reviewing designs, specifications, and technical documentation, and supporting on-site execution.
- Solid background in Construction Management and Construction, with hands-on exposure to site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field; professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and contracts, and use project management tools and software effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Iloilo and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
