Property Engineer

Description - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify necessary improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and expense tracking for property maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in property management or engineering
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
