- Data Collection & Management – Gather, clean, and maintain structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.
- Data Entry & Accuracy – Ensure data integrity by accurately entering, updating, and validating information in databases and systems.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze data trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Data Quality Assurance – Identify and resolve data discrepancies through audits and validation processes.
- Collaboration with Teams – Work with different departments (IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to understand data needs and improve data workflows.
- Data Visualization – Create charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present findings.
- Support & Documentation – Provide support for data-related inquiries and maintain documentation for data management processes.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience – 1-3 years of experience in a data-related role (entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or internships are considered).
- Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and reporting.
- Communication Skills – Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights and present them clearly.
- Time Management – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork & Adaptability – Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving data needs.
- Confidentiality & Security Awareness – Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and comply with data protection policies.
- With Experience in Stock Market Data Management
