Data Entry Specialist - Freight & Logistics

Accurately input, update, and verify freight and logistics data in company systems
Process shipping documentation, bill of lading (BOL), invoices, and tracking details
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry
Identify and correct data errors while maintaining compliance with industry standard
Track and update shipment records in TMS (Transport Management Systems) and ERP platforms
Work collaboratively with warehouse teams, carriers, and freight forwarders
Generate reports and maintain organized records of shipments, costs, and inventory
Support administrative functions related to logistics coordination and documentation
- Experience in freight, transport, or logistics admin , preferably in Australia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes .
- Clear written communication skills (minimal voice-based interaction required).
- Ability to handle time-sensitive, high-stakes shipments without errors.
- Comfortable using email, Teams, and SMS for coordination .
