Qualifications: o Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. o Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills o Customer-Oriented & Service Mindset o Effective Communication Job Description: o Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and Microsoft 365 applications. o Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for all technology-related concerns. o Perform first-line network troubleshooting including internet, Wi- Fi, ISP equipment, and connectivity verification. o Coordinate with Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, ITSM, Information Security, Engineering & Innovation, and Application Support teams. o Support onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and technology rollouts. o Receive, deploy, recover, and inventory IT assets. o Provide first-level support coordination for WMS, TMS, Oracle, Freight, and other business applications. o Provide remote-hands support for centralized teams and vendors. o Assist with audits, security reviews, and business continuity requirements.
