Site Nurse

Shimizu Philippine Contractors, Inc.
- Record keeping and report all medical incidents/accidents at the project site
- Provide stabilization, resuscitation and or other life support as well as first aide measure for injuries and illness
- Prepare and submit necessary report to DOLE such as AEDR, AMR and other monitoring reports
- Performs related duties as required
- Graduate of BS in Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid PRC license
- With at least 3 years experience as Nurse in a construction company
- With BOSH, COSH and OHNAP Certificate
- Proficient in emergency response, basic life support, wound care, and patient assessment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with workers, management, and external health providers.
- Proficiency with incident reporting tools
