Staffing Coordinator

Are you detail-oriented and highly organized? We’re looking for a Staffing Coordinator to help manage scheduling, coordinate with staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a home health setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and shift coverage for home health visits
• Communicate with clinicians to confirm availability and assignments
• Track and manage staff deployment using spreadsheets or scheduling tools
• Assist in monitoring performance, attendance, and visit compliance
• Support logistics coordination related to patient scheduling and staff routing
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other staffing-related documentation
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Work Schedule
• Full-time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)
• Setup: Fully remote position
Base Pay
P18,000 per month
Qualifications
• Experience in logistics coordination is a plus
• Knows California geographic area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Equipment:
• A laptop or desktop computer is a must
• Stable internet connection
• Webcam
• Headset/earphone
