Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities - Conduct outbound cold calls to patients and healthcare providers.
- Handle appointment setting and scheduling for patient consultations or demos.
- Perform patient follow-ups to confirm appointments, answer basic inquiries, and ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct doctor and clinic outreach to introduce the company and establish initial relationships.
- Present product introductions clearly and professionally to patients and healthcare partners.
- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools.
- Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and follow-up targets .
Qualifications
- Required: Proven experience in medical cold calling or healthcare outreach .
- Background in healthcare, medical VA, patient coordination, or medical sales is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call-tracking tools is a must.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls .
- Experience with appointment setting and follow-up workflows.
- Strong verbal English communication skills with a professional, patient-centered approach .
- Ability to explain healthcare or SaaS products clearly and confidently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call logs and schedules accurately.
