Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for signage, vehicle wraps, and promotional materials. 
• Prepare and deliver artwork in correct vector formats for production.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure files are accurate and print-ready
• Create and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and possibly others later. 
• Develop creative posts, highlight completed projects, and grow audience engagement.
• Communicate regularly with the Australian team through email, chat, and video calls.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices 

Desired Attributes, Skills and Experiences:

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for signage, vehicle wraps, and promotional materials
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools
• Ability to prepare and deliver artwork in accurate, production-ready vector formats
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all files meet print and production standards
• Experience in social media management, including content creation and platform handling (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging posts and showcase completed projects effectively
• Good understanding of current design trends and social media best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Comfortable working with international clients, particularly in an Australian business environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Amenable to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AWST/PHT
