POSITION: Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hybrid Set up)

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
- With 2 years’ experience in order to cash (billing)
- With basic knowledge in general accounting
- Experience in SAP, Oracle system is advantage
- Amendable to work in night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and update accounting records.
- Ensure billing complies with company policies, customer contracts, and relevant regulations tax laws.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to revenue and billing.
