Responsibilities
The Assistant Accountant is responsible for accounts receivable tasks such as maintaining customer records, recording transactions, preparing AR reports and journal entries, and performing reconciliations. The role requires following standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, and applying strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of accounting transaction flows.
Job Requirements
Graduate of BS Accountancy from a reputable school
At least 2 years of combined experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or audit
Skilled in using accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
