- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing strong relationships, and closing sales to meet company goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales.
- Experience: Previous sales experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to travel (if required) and work flexible hours.
