- The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will engage with potential and existing customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with our products/services. This position requires strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals while ensuring company profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and after-sales services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
