Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
The Utility Personnel is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the Head Office to provide a safe, organized, and comfortable working environment. The role also involves monitoring office facilities, maintaining cleaning supplies, and reporting maintenance concerns to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate .
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Utility Personnel, Housekeeping Staff, or in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in proper cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and basic facility maintenance.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Responsible, dependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned at Head Office (Topy's Place) .
- Can start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Head Office at all times.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and clean office workstations, hallways, meeting rooms, pantry, comfort rooms, and other common areas.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of garbage following company waste management procedures.
- Ensure all office areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Replenish restroom and pantry supplies as needed.
2. Facility Monitoring
- Conduct routine inspections of office areas to identify cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
- Report repair and maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, or other facility concerns, to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure office equipment and common areas are kept clean and in good condition.
3. General Support
- Demonstrate initiative by addressing cleanliness concerns before they become issues.
- Support office operations by maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
