Utility Worker
Full-time
Contracting Outsourcing Management Services Incorporated
Clean the interior of buildings and offices including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
and/or exterior, if needed.
- May be assigned on all offices, branches, and installations of the company.
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
- Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Replace air filters and maintain HVAC systems
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- May be assigned on minor building maintenance and repairs or may be assigned to assist lead maintenance technician.
- Other housekeeping functions related to sanitation, maintenance, security and repair.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Has basic messengerial and carpentry skills
- With relevant experience is a plus
- Honest and with integrity
- Willing to do fieldwork
