Accounting Head

The given salary range will be depending on experience and qualifications.
- Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.
- Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
