Work Setup: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Night Shift / Rotational ScheduleJob Overview:We are looking for a Thai Bilingual Travel Account Representative fluent in Thai and English to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, flight reservations, booking changes, cancellations, and itinerary concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels in Thai and English.
Assist with flight bookings, ticketing inquiries, rebooking, cancellations, and travel itinerary changes.
Explain airline policies, baggage allowances, fare rules, and travel requirements.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and coordinate with airlines or internal teams when needed.
Maintain accurate booking records and meet customer service and performance targets.
Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple customer concerns.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga, on a night-shift and rotational schedule.
Travel, airline, hospitality, or BPO experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
