Safety Officer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the project site or workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe workplace.
- Responsible for regular inspection and assessment with regards to Health, Safety and Environment
- Implement the Safety Procedures in the work area;
- Prepare reports on workplace incidents, health concerns, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate accidents,incidents cases and prepare corresponding reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Preferably certified in the Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) course
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and first aid procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint)
