Independent US Recruiter / Remote

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for the U.S. market?

We're expanding our network of independent recruiters to help fill positions across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT and Legal .

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing their own candidates, have an established LinkedIn network, and want the flexibility to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
• Recruit across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal industries.
• Identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
• Manage your own recruiting process using your preferred sourcing methods and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market is required.
• An established LinkedIn network with access to U.S.-based professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Social Media, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver qualified candidates.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary or guaranteed income.

Compensation is paid for successful placements in accordance with our payment terms.
