Create and publish job ads in various job portals such as but not limitted to job street, indeed, social media like Facebook, Instagram etc. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during job events Screen resumes/CVs and job application based on the qualifications setby the Client Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person for a wide range or roles Coordinate with other recruiters and/or hiring managers to work on range of recruitment activities that can include job fairs, campus events to recruit upcoming graudates Track hiring metrics including source of hire, fall out rate and updating of recruitment tracker/report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process...
