Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various critical business systems. Your role involves monitoring system performance, identifying anomalies, and ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure components. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system reliability and contribute to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that business operations remain uninterrupted and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues. - Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify potential risks or failures. - Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of monitoring tools and techniques to track system performance and availability. - Experience in analyzing logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues. - Familiarity with alerting systems and incident management processes to ensure timely response. - Ability to work with various infrastructure components including servers, networks, and cloud services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
