Review, validate, and process warranty claims while coordinating with vendors, stores, customers, accounting, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Maintain proper documentation, track defective parts and reimbursements, monitor warranty trends, and support process improvements to ensure efficient warranty operations. Job Qualifications

Experience in warranty claims administration or a related automotive support function is preferred.
Technical knowledge of automotive systems, vehicles, and auto parts is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience working with US-based companies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in using digital tools, business systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu on a US shift.
