• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports
• Handle general bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation and accounting regulations
• Process and file BIR reports, VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in payroll preparation and government contributions processing
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Monitor company cash flow and budgeting
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Support management with financial analysis and recommendations
