- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for development
