- The Accounting/Auditing Staff is responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, transaction processing, and audit support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the company’s financial operations.
- Duties of an Accounting/Auditing Staff:
- Record and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and other accounting records
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules for management review
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, cash flows, and expense reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Identify and report discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring as required
- Maintain organized documentation of financial records for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve financial and audit-related concerns
- Experience as an Accounting or Auditing Staff, or in a related finance role, is preferred.
