Solar Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including electrical layouts and single-line diagrams.
Conduct site assessments and evaluate solar installation requirements.
Perform solar system sizing, energy yield calculations, and equipment selection.
Prepare technical drawings, reports, proposals, and project documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
Monitor solar PV installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
Conduct system inspections and assist with preventive maintenance and performance monitoring.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in solar PV systems or electrical engineering.
Knowledge of solar PV design, installation, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other electrical design software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Work Location: Biñan, Laguna / Project Sites
