Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and workflows
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time delivery
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies, techniques, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Process Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role, with a proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
- Proficient in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT)
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing software, equipment, and automation technologies
- Adaptable and proactive in identifying and addressing challenges
