About the role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate food truck, trailer, kiosk, and custom fabrication projects from production to final turnover.
Key responsibilities
Monitor project progress, schedules, and deadlines
Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation works
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, QC, Delivery, and After-Sales teams
Inspect electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fabrication works
Ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and client requirements
Identify issues and monitor corrective actions
Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports
Conduct final inspection and assist with project turnover
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field
1 year of project engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Knowledgeable in ERP Systems
Proficient in MS Office
AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, and good in coordination and problem-solving
Willing to conduct site visits when required
