Responsible for maintaining an organization’s key accounting records, known as ledgers. Day-to-day activities include recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts. Being a broad and varied role, strong sense of time management and organizational skills, and with exposure to many aspects of the accounting function it can be a stepping stone to a more senior or specialized accounting role.
Job Tasks:- Maintains records of financial transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts. Ensure legal requirements compliance.
- Processing payments
- Conducting daily banking activities
- Producing various financial reports
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
- Balances general ledger by preparing trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Tax compliance (Withholding Tax, VAT, ITR, Alphalist)
- Monthly FS

Education & Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate with Honors is a plus
