Description - Oversee daily resort operations to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain workforce efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement marketing and operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the resort facility.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in resort management or hospitality.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong supervisory skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, guest-oriented, and adaptable to changing situations.
