Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in an Accounting Manager role, with a strong track record of overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.
- Solid background in managing multiple companies or operating within a shared services environment.
- Proven leadership capability in supervising and developing accounting teams while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to work ONSITE.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations in the construction industry.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize operations and profitability.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional development and efficiency.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
LOCATION: CARMONA, CAVITE.
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience.
