Description - Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase resort occupancy.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenditures.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for resort services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in resort or hotel management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
