- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Receivable and Payable, Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, and Field Accounting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and strong communicator.
