Public Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and public sector clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within public institutions.
- Prepare and process bid documents, proposals, and other requirements in accordance with government procurement policies (e.g., PhilGEPS).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of requirements and delivery of products or services.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects, purchase orders, and payments.
- Stay updated on government procurement trends, policies, and upcoming bidding opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, transactions, and client communications.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management , preferably handling government or institutional accounts.
- Familiarity with PhilGEPS and government bidding procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
