Buyer Assistance Partner (Remote) ??
AiM Properties by OnePropertee is growing, and we are looking for self-motivated, results-driven Buyer Assistance Partners to join our team! If you excel at customer engagement, lead management, and scheduling property viewings, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential.
Career Opportunities & Rewards:- Uncapped Performance Incentives: Earn a 5% to 10% performance incentive on completed deals with unlimited income upside.
- Leadership Advancement: Top-performing affiliates have the opportunity to manage a team with additional performance incentives.
- Flexible Work Model: 100% remote / work-from-home setup.
- Engage assigned buyer leads, nurture interest, and drive reservations through strong follow-up and lead management.
- Schedule property viewings and seamlessly coordinate appointments with sellers or developers.
- Monitor buyer progress from initial inquiry all the way to reservation.
- Update and maintain accurate buyer and activity records in our CRM system.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional phone/online etiquette.
- Prior experience in real estate, cold calling, or customer care (an advantage, but transferable skills count!).
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and lead management skills.
- Daily proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Reliable home setup: Laptop/PC, mobile phone, stable internet, and power supply.
- Willingness to undergo onboarding, complete accreditation, and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Self-starter mindset comfortable working under a performance incentive-based independent contractor structure.
