Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in branch operations or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise and support branch staff in their daily tasks.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Manage resources including cash, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics.
- Train new employees on operational protocols.
- Maintain a safe and secure branch environment.
