- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning, high customer service standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff, ensuring productivity and positive morale while meeting individual and team goals.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze branch performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies for growth and cost control.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial analysis, and customer service skills with proficiency in managing teams and operations.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, excellent communicator, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
