Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to support technical needs.
- Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance.
- Train employees on new technologies and IT policies.
