- College graduate (any course)
- Expro 2 and up (any attainment)
- With or without BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls for airline customers
- Assist with flight reservations, inquiries, changes, and basic concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
