Work Location
- Quezon City (UPA Techno hub)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice customer support (email, chat) for financial accounts.
- Assist with account inquiries, transactions, billing, and payment concerns .
- Provide accurate written responses following financial compliance and data privacy standards .
- Document interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Identify and escalate fraud or complex issues as needed.
- Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Open to Newbies, Career Shifters, and Tenured Agents
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and start immediately
