Accounting Staff

About the role As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial reporting processes. This full-time role is based in Bakakeng Central, Baguio City and will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization. What you'll be doing

• Accurately recording financial transactions in the company's accounting system
• Preparing and processing invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing support for internal and external audits
• Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the property or real estate industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting best practices
